Map Policy Information

USA MAP Policy

1. Purpose of the MAP Policy: Bray Group is committed to maintaining the integrity of our Windshield Skin brand and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and/or installation services. To support our retail partners and protect our pricing structure, we have implemented this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy with and without installation.

 

2. Products Covered by the MAP Policy: This MAP policy applies to the following packages

sold and/or installed using Windshield Skin® from Bray:
 

Windshield Skin SS8: MAP price of $250.00 Uni Kit.

 

Windshield Skin SS8: MAP price of $299.00 Vehicle specific Kit.

 

Windshield Skin SS8: MAP price of $450.00 with installation
 

Windshield Skin XP12: MAP price of $450.00 Uni Kit.
 

Windshield Skin XP12: MAP price of $499.00 Vehicle specific Kit.

 

Windshield Skin XP12: MAP price of $650.00 with installation
 

3. MAP Pricing Guidelines Retailers are not permitted to advertise the prices of the packages listed above below the established MAP. Advertisements include but are not limited to:

 

Online listings (e.g., websites, social media, marketplaces)

Print media (e.g., flyers, catalogs, brochures)

Radio and television
 

4. Compliance To ensure compliance with this MAP policy:

All advertising must clearly display the MAP price or higher. Retailers may offer discounts on products but must ensure that any advertised price does not fall below the MAP price.
 

5. Consequences of Non-ComplianceBray Group reserves the right to monitor retailer compliance with this MAP policy. In the event of non-compliance, Bray Group may take the following actions:


 A warning may be issued for a first offense.Repeated violations may result in suspension of supply, including refusal to ship products to the retailer.

 

6. Policy Administration: This MAP policy will be administered at the discretion of Bray Group. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time. Retailers will be notified of any changes in writing.

 

7. Acceptance of Terms By engaging in the sale of Bray Group products, retailers acknowledge their understanding of this MAP policy. Retailers are responsible for communicating this policy to all employees and affiliates involved in the advertising and sale of Bray Group products.
