The install team
behind every contract.
Dealers sell No Break® at the F&I desk. Expeditors make it real on the glass — stocking Windshield Skin® XP12 material in the region, installing at the store, mobile or on site, and closing every job with the QR scan that registers the contract.
01Where you fit
No Break® runs on four parties, each with one job. The Expeditor is the one the customer actually sees — and the one whose scan turns a sale into a registered contract.
02What you install
Windshield Skin® is a material — never a film, wrap, tint or coating. Use the word with dealers, customers and your own crew. Three grades; only one carries No Break®.
The only grade eligible for a Bray Assurance No Break® contract. Every retail F&I install is XP12.
Material-only work such as short-term loaner fleets. Not eligible for No Break®.

03How a job runs
Every No Break® install follows the same six steps. The last one is the one that matters most: no scan, no registration, no pay.
04Your numbersIllustration
Move the sliders to the stores you would cover. Install volume follows the desk: plan stores at 15–25% penetration in year one; 50% is what a mature, well-trained desk reaches.
05Inventory & ordering
You hold material in the region so the stores never wait on a shipment. A deposit opens the account, you order against it, and stock you do not use is never wasted.
| Item | Term |
|---|---|
| Opening commitment | $15,000 deposit; your first material orders draw down against it |
| Later orders | Net 10, once the deposit is used |
| Stock you can hold | Up to $50,000 of inventory for your accounts |
| Installs below plan | Material on hand is held and applied to future installs; the next orders are adjusted to match |
| Material pricing | Per Bray's current price list, issued with your agreement |
| Agreement term | One year |
| Ending the agreement | Either side, 30 days' written notice — the 30 days are yours to run out material on hand |
06The standards you sign up to
- Certified before you install. You and every installer pass and keep Windshield Skin® install certification.
- Same-day or next-day turnaround, at the dealership, mobile or on site.
- QR-scanned and registered — every unit, every time.
- Re-done at your cost if an install does not meet standard.
- Sub-installers only with Bray's written approval — each certified and covered by your insurance.
- Independent contractor (1099), operating as the Windshield Skin® install team in your region.
- Insurance: general liability, commercial auto for mobile work, workers' comp if you have employees.
- Exclusive to Windshield Skin® for windshield protection during the term — no competing product or program in your region.
- Brand: approved Windshield Skin® marks and materials only. Anything new goes through Bray first.
- Confidential: pricing, dealer lists and program economics stay under the Bray Mutual NDA.
07Claims work — authorization firstEvery time
When a covered vehicle comes back, you may be the one doing the work. The administrator decides what is covered. Your job is to wait for the authorization, then do it right.
| What happened | Benefit | What you may be asked to do |
|---|---|---|
| Chip or crack in the glass | Glass Breakage | New XP12 on the replacement glass, after the glass work. Reapplication here does not use the customer's annual Refresh. |
| Material punctured, torn or split stopping a strike | Covered Product Impact | Remove and reapply the material |
| Material marked, yellowing, hazing, bubbling, peeling or lifting | Refresh (once per contract year) | Remove and reapply the material |
- Send the customer or the store to the claims line printed on the contract.
- Wait for the authorization before any work.
- Photograph the glass and the material before and after.
- Scan and log the job as instructed.
- Never tell a customer something is covered — or that it isn't. The administrator decides.
- Never collect a deductible or promise a payment.
- Never remove material to “have a look” before authorization.
- Never call it insurance or a factory warranty extension.
08Loaner fleet installsMaterial only
Many stores start by protecting their loaner and courtesy fleet. It is a straight material sale — no warranty contract is written on any loaner — and it is where your installers certify on the store's own units before the first customer car.
