Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All returned items must have the factory liner still attached and will be subject to inspection upon receipt. We are not able to accept any packages that have been used.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Due to the custom-cut nature of our Vehicle-Specific products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Because our products are custom made to order and aftermarket, minor adjustments may be required for proper fitment. If a customer encounters any fitment issues, our experienced customer support team is available to guide them through best practices to ensure proper installation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer prior to contacting our team. We do not accept returns resulting from customer ordering errors. Please ensure you select the correct Windshield Skin® for your vehicle at the time of purchase.
