Honda Civic Sedan 2022 - 2026

The Windshield Skin® kit for the Honda Civic Sedan is a pre-cut sheet of optically clear windshield protection film, shaped to fit your factory windshield with no cutting on the glass. It shields against the rock chips and road debris that come with daily commuting and highway miles, and when it wears you replace the film instead of the windshield. Fits 2022 to 2026 Civic Sedan. Available in 6 mil, 8 mil, and 12 mil.

Fit note for the Civic: Our Vehicle-Specific Kits are intentionally cut approximately 1/8" to 1/4" inside the edge of the glass. This lets the film adhere properly and helps prevent edge lifting over time. If you want edge-to-edge coverage, you can choose the Universal Kit and trim it to fit yourself, though we still recommend leaving a small gap around the perimeter for the best long-term adhesion and performance.

Which Thickness for the Civic?

For daily commuting and highway driving we recommend 8 mil (SS8), our most popular everyday film. If you drive high mileage or on gravel and want extra protection, 12 mil (XP12) is the step up. All three thicknesses share the same optical clarity, install process, and warranty, so thickness is about impact resistance, not visibility.

What Is Windshield Skin®

Windshield Skin® is a flexible, optically clear film that forms to the outermost ply of your factory glass and absorbs the impacts from rocks, sand, and road debris. It protects against everyday chips and scratches while staying clear, and when it wears you replace the film instead of the windshield.

Can I install the Civic kit myself? Yes. Every kit includes the tools you need and installs in about 20 minutes. You only need to add a spray bottle with slip solution. If you would rather have it done for you, authorized dealers offer professional installation.
